Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on our workmanship for installation and repair services. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing.

Product Warranties: Products installed by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims.

Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Our emergency services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for rapid response, actual response times may vary based on location, weather, traffic, and technician availability. Emergency service rates apply to all after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
